Who is Rachelle Williams?

Hey everybody. I'm Rachelle, and - besides my kids & grandkids - I am passionate about three things:

1. Helping Struggling People

2. Real Estate & Affordable Housing

3. Credit Restoration & Financial Planning

My goal here is to combine those three passions. I want to help struggling people find affordable housing, help them qualify for home ownership or a nice rental & ensure they have the financial education to maintain and thrive in the future.

WHY?

I grew up in Jacksonville, FL, in the hood in Richardson Heights (Northside) & the projects on the Westside in the 1980s (Gregory Drive, Hola!), Atlanta Job Corps in the early 1990s, and the straight-up hood in Pine Hills of Orlando, Fl. in the early 2000s.

I know how it feels to struggle, so I created this platform to be able to do whatever I can, for whomever I can.

HOW?

My past work experience has been within the tech industry, but it turns out that I actually DO like people more than computers (This was a relatively new revelation to me...).

Today...by day, I am an enrollment counselor in a non profit educational institution, I'm also a United Wealth Education Agent, so I can help folks with credit restoration, budgeting & financial planning products & we are always looking for people who are interested in this business opportunity.

As far as housing is concerned, I use Python to scrape the World Wide Web & dig up information about ALL KINDS of helpful data. I know a little bit about a LOT of stuff, but the housing information is probably the most helpful, so I choose to pass it along.

I'm also currently studying for my AZ real estate license, so if you're in Metro Phoenix & you're planning to buy a house in the next year, hit me up.
